Our story
Major Assembly was founded by industrial designer Daniel Gamez after more than a decade working across structural packaging, manufacturing, and consumer product systems.
Over the years, the work expanded beyond packaging aesthetics into the operational realities surrounding packaging infrastructure — freight, fulfillment, warehousing, assembly complexity, scalability, and manufacturing alignment.
With experience spanning hundreds of projects across consumer electronics, wellness, accessories, and retail packaging systems, Major Assembly focuses on packaging as an operational discipline rather than a purely visual one.
